What to Have Ready When You Call
A few minutes gathering details before you dial saves everyone time on the phone, and it usually means a faster, more accurate appointment window.
- What the dryer’s doing. Won’t heat, won’t spin, tumbling but stays cold, stops mid-cycle, makes a noise it didn’t used to make. Plain language is fine, you don’t need the technical term.
- Brand and model, if you know it. Check the sticker inside the door frame or on the back panel. If you can’t find it, don’t worry, we can work with what you have.
- How old the dryer is, roughly. Even a “we’ve had it about ten years” helps us think through what’s likely worn out.
- When it started. Did it happen all at once, or has it been running a little worse for a few weeks? Both are useful clues.
- Whether you’re the homeowner, a tenant, or managing the property for someone else. If a landlord needs to approve the repair by phone, tell us up front and we’ll coordinate directly with them.

We’re based off Ginn Farm Dr in South Knoxville, and that’s where most of our calls come from every week. Vestal, Old Sevier, and the Chapman Highway corridor are our regular routes, often same-day.
Island Home Park and Lindbergh Forest sit close enough that a same-week booking usually lands the next day, not five days out. We also run calls downtown, through Fourth and Gill, and around the UT corridor in 37902, 37916, and 37917.
